This Standard specifies the steel grade, dimensions, shape, weight, tolerances, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, package, marking and quality certificate for the high strength low alloy structural steels. This Standard is applicable to steel plates, steel strips, shape steels and steel bars of high strength low alloy structural steels for structure and engineering.
