This Technical Specification specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and implementation as well as supervision of general safety for textile products. Other requirements for textile products may be implemented in accordance with relevant standards. This Technical Specification is applicable to the textile products used for clothing, furnishment and household which are produced and sold within the territory of China. Export products may abide by agreements or contracts. Note: This Technical Specification is not applicable to the textile products listed in Annex A, and the products which are specified by the state government are excluded.
