This International Standard is intended to serve as a reference for punch users and manufacturers. NOTE 1 The figures are given only as examples to illustrate the terminology. NOTE 2 In addition to terms used in English and French, two of the three official ISO languages, this International Standard gives the equivalent terms in German and Italian; these are published under the responsibility to the member bodies for Germany (DIN) and Italy (UNI), and are given for information only.
