Tekniska produktspecifikationer (TPS)

Huvuduppgiften för projektet är kommunikation av information från konstruktion via beredning till produktion, kontroll och kvalitet samt service och sedermera skrotning/återvinning. Redan under produktutvecklingen måste hänsyn tas till krav som ska efterlevas under hela produktens livscykel.

Kraven från konstruktion måste uttryckas på ett klart och entydigt sätt så att de kan förstås under hela kedjan. Detta är särskilt viktigt när konstruktion och tillverkning kan finnas i olika länder. Ett standardiserat tekniskt "språk" är förutsättningen för all kommunikation av produktspecifikationer, i synnerhet när verbal kommunikation kan vara besvärlig.

Om inte en produktspecifikation är entydigt definerad kan det resultera i kassationer och reklamationer, i värsta fall med produktansvarsprocesser som följd och därmed stora kostnader och andra konsekvenser, t.ex. förlorad tilltro till företaget, negativ miljöpåverkan.

Teknisk dokumentation – SIS/TK 507/AG 1

Arbetsgruppen för teknisk dokumentation arbetar med ritregler och angivelser av mått och toleranser i 2D miljö, men även regler för presentation av produktdefinierad data i 3D miljö.

Toleransangivelser för mekanisk konstruktion. Här behandlas grunderna för form- och lägetoleranser och måttoleranser.

ISO GPS - Mätteknik och ytstruktur – SIS/TK 507/AG 6

Ytjämnhet, mätmetoder, koordinatmätteknik. Bland annat utvecklingen av standarder till 3D-tekniken som ger ett helt annat sätt att se på ytor och ytavvikelser.

Påverka nationellt och internationellt

Kommittén skapar ett forum för svenskt agerande i den europeiska standardiseringen, CEN och den internationella standardiseringen, ISO genom att vi aktivt medverkar i den standardiseringsorganisationerna CEN och ISO. På så sätt kan vi driva utvecklingen av standarden och påverka innehållet så att den främjar de svenska intressena.

Ett värdefullt arbete Vill du vara med i kommittén?

I kommittén samlas expertkunskap genom representanter från tillverkare, användare, intresseorganisationer eller övriga i branschen. Standardiseringsarbetet ger deltagarna djupare insikt om standardernas krav och hur man resonerar kring dessa, vilket underlättar vid diskussion med olika parter inom branschen. Deltagarna är samtidigt med och påverkar framtidens standarder, vilket också leder till nya insikter och tidig information som kan omsättas i den egna verksamhetsutvecklingen. Framöver fokuserar kommittén bland annat på att förbättra och utveckla grundstandarderna för ritningsregler och toleranser, t.ex. SS-ISO 128, SS ISO 129, SS-EN ISO 1101. ISO-standarden för 3D CAD kommer att omarbetas och inom ISO/TC 213 arbetar man med nya symboler och angivningssätt för toleranser.
