Scope

Denna del av ISO 13565 definierar en filtreringsmetod för användning vid ytor som
har djupa dalar nedanför en mera finbearbetad platå med en relativt liten del av
vågighet. Den referenslinje som erhållits vid filtrering enligt ISO 11562 blir för sådana
ytor oönskat påverkad genom närvaron av dalarna. Den metod att filtrera som
beskrivs i denna standard undertrycker dalarnas påverkan på referenslinjen så att
en mera tillfredsställande referenslinje skapas.
