This document specifies the structure and content of a lubricant usage table (SET) for lubrication point-related documentation in compliance with the standardized standards. Part 1 of this standard (DIN 51502-1) specifies the classification and the basic structure of the abbreviated designation for lubricants and related substances. The general international labeling of lubricants is defined in DIN ISO 6743-99.
