Motordrivna trädgårdsredskap

I nästan varje villaträdgård finns en gräsklippare. Vanligt är också en grästrimmer och i många fall en häcksax. Detta är exempel på maskiner som inte bara används av villaägare utan också förekommer i många sammanhang som kommunal verksamhet och ibland annat i parker och på golfbanor.

Kommitténs syfte är att utforma tekniska lösningar som minskar riskerna för skada vid arbete med trädgårdsmaskiner och är inriktat på en internationell samordning och ska avse maskinsäkerhet och arbetsplatsens utformning för att säkra en god arbetsmiljö. Mycket av arbetet är knutet till EU:s Maskindirektiv.

• Gräsluftare

• Kompostkvarnar

• Lövblåsare/uppsamlare

Påverka nationellt och internationellt

Kommittén ska utgöra referensforum för svensk medverkan i det internationella arbetet. Genom aktiv medverkan i arbetsgrupper ska svenska intressen tas till vara vid utvecklingen av de standarder som tas fram. Arbetet omfattar alla ärenden inom ramen för:

Ett värdefullt arbete

I kommittén samlas expertkunskap genom representanter från tillverkare, användare, intresseorganisationer, myndigheter eller övriga i branschen. Standardiseringsarbetet ger deltagarna djupare insikt om standardernas krav och hur man resonerar kring dessa, vilket underlättar vid diskussion med olika parter inom branschen. Deltagarna är samtidigt med och påverkar framtidens standarder, vilket också leder till nya insikter och tidig information som kan omsättas i den egna verksamhetsutvecklingen.
