The Swedish Institute for Standards reserves the right to accept or refuse any order placed.
Every time you purchase a product from the Swedish Institute for Standards in an electronic form, you approve and accept the accompanying end-user licence and the general terms. For example, you may only make one (1) paper-copy of the product for your personal use. The product may not be used on two or more computers at the same time and may also not be used in networks. When purchasing products from SIS range of "Check-lists and templates" in an electronic form, it applies that these may be used freely within the company purchasing the product. They may not be copied, resold or otherwise transferred to a third party.
Read the terms below carefully before you use the product/products covered by the licence.
If you are a new customers, it may take up to 48 hours for your standard to be available in My area. It is often available quicker but if you purchase the standard on a holiday, it may take this long.
The delivery time may also vary depending on the origin of the product and the delivery method chosen. Swedish, ISO and IEC standards and Swedish manuals are normally delivered within three days of the order date. Other foreign standards and foreign handbooks are normally delivered within 14 days after the order has been received.
NOTE! If you order a publication that is on backorder, the product will be delivered as soon as it is available.
Invoices must be paid 30 days from the invoice date. In the event of late payment, SIS Förening has the right to charge late payment interest a reference rate +8% annually and the statutory reminder fee of SEK 50.
All prices are stated exclusive of VAT and shipping. We reserve the right to make price adjustments.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer and our delivery terms are "ex warehouse".
If you want to complain about a faulty or incorrect product, you can contact our customer service on phone 08 - 555 523 10 as soon as possible after receipt. Once we have approved the complaint, you must return the product to use in the delivered state, i.e. papers which have been stapled, bundled or folded by the customer or CD's which have been scratched will not be accepted.
Deliveries done as per the customer's order or agreements will not taken in return. SIS does not offer purchases on approval.
The easiest way to make changes to your subscription is by email or fax. Do not forget to include your address and your customer number.
