Kvalitetssäkring av preventivmedel och sexleksaker

Konsumenter ska kunna lita på att preventivmedel och sexleksaker är säkra och håller hög kvalitet. I SIS/TK 612 samlas tillverkare, konsumentrepresentanter, myndigheter, återförsäljare och medicinska experter för att tillsammans utveckla standarder som stärker kvalitetssäkringen av dessa produkter.

TK 612 arbetar med standardisering för kvalitetssäkring av både preventivmedel och sexleksaker. Gruppen bidrar till utvecklingen av metoder och krav som säkerställer att produkter är säkra, tillförlitliga och uppfyller konsumenters behov i takt med att nya produkter och innovationer kommer fram.

Inom området sexleksaker ledde Sverige utvecklingen av den första internationella standarden för sexleksaker, ISO 3533 Sex Toys – Design and safety requirements for products in direct contact with genitalia, the anus, or both. Standarden publicerades 2021 och ställer krav på riskanalys, design och konsumentinformation för att öka produktsäkerheten.

Genom arbetet i TK 612 får deltagarna möjlighet att diskutera gemensamma frågor, utbyta erfarenheter och bidra till utvecklingen av nationella och internationella standarder inom området.
