Once you’ve registered as a participant in a technical committee, you will receive a welcome email with instructions and links to help you get started with your committee work.

Having trouble accessing the portals?

Below are some tips that may help if you’re having trouble logging in. Please try these steps first. If it still doesn’t work, contact SIS and we’ll troubleshoot together. For faster support, please include details and screenshots of any error messages or pop-ups.

Basic access requirements

  • You must have received an invitation from SIS and activated your guest account.
  • You should have received an activation email with instructions and links.
  • Log in using the email address registered with SIS.
  • Use your usual email password and verify with two-factor authentication (if required by your IT department).

Common issues and solutions

Missing the invitation email?
Check your spam or junk folder if you can’t find it in your inbox.

Login issues?

  • Wrong Password?
    Use the password you normally use for your email or computer. SIS cannot reset this—please contact your IT department instead.
  • Changed Your Phone, Device, or Email Address?
    Your SIS contact may need to update your information. Two-factor authentication may also need to be reconfigured.

Are you using the correct link?
The activation link only works for your first login.
For continued access, use these links:

Can’t open links from emails?
Copy and paste the link directly into your browser’s address bar.

Try a different browser or private mode:

  • Switch browsers: Try pasting the link in Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.
  • Use incognito/private mode:
    In Chrome or Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
    In Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

Clear your browser cache and cookies

  • Press Ctrl + F5 to refresh the page.
  • If that doesn’t help, clear manually:
    • Chrome: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and other site data → See all site data → Search for sissweportal.sharepoint.com and remove it.
    • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage cookies → Search for sissweportal.sharepoint.com and remove it.
