Hydraulik och pneumatik

Kommittén arbetar med att ta fram standarder för hydraulik- och pneumatikkomponenter som används i automatiserade produktionsanläggningar, mobila maskiner och inom fordonsindustrin. Kommittén täcker idag särskilt in områdena cylindrar och kopplingar för hydrauliska system. Kommittén deltar aktivt det internationella standardiseringsarbetet inom ISO.

Utgångspunkten för kommitteens arbete är att alla hydraul- och pneumatikkomponenter som sätts på marknaden uppfyller samhällets och användarens krav när det gäller säkerhet och hälsa. Med standarder som tillämpas av alla berörda parter behöver inga missförstånd uppstå och tillfredsställande säkerhet kan uppnås. Standardiseringen underlättar därmed också den internationella handeln genom att tekniska handelshinder reduceras.

Att delta i kommittén är ett effektivt sätt att tillgodose den egna organisationen med korrekt och väsentlig information om viktiga standarder för branschen. Deltagandet gör det möjligt att bidra med kunskap och expertis vid framtagandet av standarder som är av betydelse för kommittén och svenska intressenter och som kan vara kritiska för den egna verksamhetsutvecklingen.

Deltagarna i SIS/TK 106 ges en unik möjlighet att påverka det globala standardiseringsarbetet inom ISO för att säkerställa att svenska intressen tas tillvara och att standarderna återspeglar den tekniska utvecklingen

Användandet av standarder

Fokus för de standarder som kommittén är med och arbetar fram ligger på maskinsäkerhet. I Europa är standarder ett verktyg för att säkerställa att man uppfyller kraven i maskindirektivet och som efter harmonisering blir ett underlag vid CE-märkning. I övriga världen är det användandet av ISO standarder som blir garanten för att marknaden uppfyller samhällets och användarens krav på säkerhet, hälsa och hållbarhet.

Standarder tas även fram för terminologi, mät- och provningsmetoder med mera som nyttjas vid allt ifrån produktutveckling, testning och upphandling osv.

Den samtida utvecklingen av förarlösa/automatiserade, elektrifierade och batteridrivna mobila maskiner har bidragit till nya intressanta konstruktioner av hydraulikkomponenter med en bättre hållbarhet och energieffektivitet. 

Som ett exempel på hållbart standardiseringsarbete kan nämnas den pågående övergången till spillfria hydraulikkopplingar som har snabbats upp betydligt i och med en global standard (ISO 16028), vilket sparat ett stort antal oljespill i naturen.
