SIS is a nonprofit organisation with 170 employees and we manage projects involving experts from different fields who want to develop standards. These experts meet at SIS to find universal solutions that encourage innovation, and facilitate trade and exports.
Our customers come from both the private and public sector. We help to protect our customers’ interests by representing Sweden in the international standardisation organisations CEN and ISO. In addition to managing standardisation projects, we sell standards and handbooks, and provide training and advisory services.
