Luftkvalitet

Luft är en bärare av olika oorganiska och organiska föroreningar. Utomhus kan luftströmmar sprida sitt innehåll över mycket stora områden. Inom arbetslivet förekommer många luftburna giftiga ämnen. Även inomhusluft bär på olika skadliga ämnen. För att säkra vår miljö är det därför viktigt att det finns metoder för att mäta luftkvalitet och övervaka utsläpp. Detta är något som kommittén verkar för.

Projektet Luftkvalitet har som mål att:

  • Påverka utformningen av områdets standarder, riktlinjer och tekniska rapporter
  • Implementera de globala och europeiska standarderna i Sverige
  • Sprida information om att standarderna finns
  • Bidra till att standarderna tillämpas

Projektets område avser standardisering av:

  • Terminologi, mätstrategier och definition av termer
  • Krav på mätmetoder, provtagning och analys av organiska och oorganiska föreningar (gaser och partiklar) och biologiska ämnen.
  • Metoder för mätning av hudexponering
  • Produktion och analys av kalibreringsgaser och gasblandningar
