Information och automation i produktlivscykeln

INDUSTRI 4.0 är inte bara ett begrepp utan många företag har börjat realisera övergången till en smart industri. Att tidigt få inblick i och förståelse för innehåll i nya standarder och att vara med och påverka blir därmed en strategisk fråga. SIS/TK 280 påverkar standarder inom Industriell automation och Smart Manufacturing. Ett övergripande mål är att möjliggöra standardiserade gränssnitt för automatiserade produktionssystem.

Tillämpningen av dessa standarder bidrar till effektivare kommunikation och förvaltning av informationen vilket också förenklar integration av denna typ av IT-system. Ett intensivt arbete pågår inom industriell automation och integrering, industriell data, interoperabilitet, integration, företagssystems- arkitekturer samt automatiseringslösningar och maskinstyrning.
