In order to ensure that gas cylinders are produced in compliance with gas cylinder design and manufacturing standards the conformance system described in this Technical Rerport specifies, where applicable, procedures and requirements for:
- regulatory authorities;
- accreditation bodies;
- inspection bodies and testing laboratories;
- manufacturers.
