This Technical Specifcation establishes methods for characterizing the morphology of single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) and identifying the elemental composition of other materials in SWCNT samples, using transmission electron microscopy and chemical analysis by energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry.
