Arrival and Registration
Delegates are invited to register at the ISO registration/information desk, as soon as possible upon arrival in Stockholm. The desk is located at City Conference Centre, Norra Latin and will be open as follows:

22 September	14:00–19:00
23 September	08:00–18:00
24 September	08:00–18:00
25 September	08:00–18:00
26 September	08:00–18:00
27 September	08:00–18:00

Upon registration in Stockholm each delegate will receive

• the list of participants
• an identification badge bearing the delegate’s name and country
• invitations to social events
• tickets for pre-paid tours
• an updated version of the programme and general information
• information about Stockholm

The following colours will be used on the badges:

• white for delegates
• yellow for accompanying persons
• blue for ISO Central Secretariat Staff
• green for SIS Staff
• red for the Conference Organizer

Delegates are requested to wear their badges during all official activities, including receptions.
The staff at the ISO registration/information desk will be happy to assist you with information on Stockholm, tour bookings, flight reservations and confirmations.
