This Standard specifies the bar diameter for rolling general purpose metric screw threads.
This Standard is applicable to regular screw threads made of steel or alloy steel materials worked by full thread extrusion technique.
Note: “full thread extrusion technique” is a working way to allow cutter root space to be full of screw thread materials during screw thread moulding by extrusion.
